About
The farm was born in 2016 in Forlì del Sannio, in the Molise region of Italy. The region and especially the Pentra area, where this oil grows his roots, always lived of agriculture and farmimg. The region with the famous Tratturi, has been an important gateaway in the nearby areas for sheperds and merchants. Nowadays walking the region gives us a blast in the past and the unique opportunity to experience the old traditions.
The olive groves are on the green italian hills, between 400 and 600 meters, just under the mountains of Mainarde and Matese. The geographical position gives our oil a unique taste and aroma. The care for the olive trees, the olive’s harvesting the way it was done in the old days, along with the modern tecniques for oil pressing, gives us an oil with excellent organoleptic properties: a green gold that is the pride of our land. The oil is of a unique emerald colour, with a fresh crispy scent and a mild piquant taste, making it a shoe-in for grilled meat and vegetables.
All the hard work in the growing and harvesting of the olives, pays off with an oil that deserves every bit of the label “Extra Virgin Olive Oil of higher category”.
